Very helpful and patient staff and the place was reasonably clean. The breakfast had a lot of selection, the food was good. The location of the hotel was central, near Oni centre and theatres, the private garden and princes street and theatre area. I ate at the gourmet restaurant near the venue.

Well-equipped and beautifully decorated rooms with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Peaceful location in nice quiet area, adjacent to beautiful gardens, town centre and public areas.

The continental breakfast had a lot of delicacies and was excellent. I booked quiet and bright room with an individual safe, air conditioner, and an iron.

The location was marvellous and beautiful and the staff were enthusiastic. I visited Jeremiah's Taproom a short walk from the venue for a few drinks.

We where in Edinburgh for 3 days, had REALLY GOOD stay, the hotel was fairly clean with great and lovely location in a quiet neighbourhood. We truly enjoyed this, haven't been in a better venue.

We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel. The location was perfect, with stunning views of Calton Hill and just a short walk to the castle. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary drinks and nibbles in the club lounge. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Edinburgh.

This hotel was amazing, with sparkling clean rooms and a fantastic gourmet restaurant. The rooms were modern and luxurious, and some of them even had a beautiful view of the garden. The location was absolutely stunning, situated in the New Town district and just a short distance from the city center.
